TRANSPARENT PRICING
Fair prices. No surprises.
Our goal is to encourage cycling and e-biking in Zurich with fair repair prices, not excessive charges.
CHF 10.–
Payable before travel
The CHF 10 call-out fee is payable before we travel to your location. We then inspect your bike and provide an estimate on site.
CHF 40.–
Fix a punctured tyre
Indicative price for fixing a puncture. Any required spare parts and the separate call-out charge are explained before work begins.

After the on-site inspection, you receive a no-obligation repair estimate. You are free to accept or decline it. No repairs will be carried out without your approval. The CHF 10 call-out fee is non-refundable even if you decide not to proceed.
We charge fair, transparent prices based on travel, spare parts and labour. Our mission is to support cycling and e-biking in the city, not to penalise cyclists with excessive repair charges when their bike breaks down.

Do I need to bring my e-bike to a workshop?
No. We come to your location. We will confirm whether the requested repair can be performed on site.
Can I book online?
The form prepares an appointment request in your email application. We will confirm your appointment personally.
How much does a repair cost?
The call-out fee is CHF 10, payable in advance. Puncture repair is CHF 40 plus any parts and the call-out fee. For other repairs, we provide a no-obligation estimate on site; you choose whether to proceed.
Which e-bike brands do you service?
Please include the brand and model in your request. We will check whether the work and any necessary diagnostics are possible.
